Our kitchen is available for commercial rental by licensed businesses or nonprofits. Unfortunately, we are unable to rent our kitchen to individuals for liability reasons.
To rent the kitchen for food production, please contact Walter Miros, Kitchen Manager. Email is the preferred mode of communication for this type of inquiry.
To rent the kitchen for an event you’re hosting, please go to our catering page and fill out the request form. We’ve hosted cooking classes, team-building events and even company parties.
OUR KITCHEN
Location: 2948 Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA 94110
La Cocina is a 2,200 sq ft licensed commercial kitchen filled with light. It is a shared space that can be used by up to 8 businesses at a time. We have 8 prep stations - 4 sinks and 4 tables that are rented hourly. Included with hourly rental is access to cooking equipment. All stationary equipment, including ovens, stock pot burners, the fryer, etc. must be reserved. All small wares, pots, mixers, cutting boards, rolling racks, etc. can be used on a first-come first-served basis. Cold, Frozen and Dry Storage is reserved and rented separately, priced monthly.

Please email Walter Miros at walter@lacocinasf.org for detailed information about pricing. Our commercial rates start at $30/hr for the kitchen and $90/mo for storage shelves.
AVAILABILITY
La Cocina is open 6am to 10pm every day except Wednesday when we close at 5pm. We cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures, no exceptions.
Our availability varies throughout the year and we accept requests for commercial rental on a rolling basis.
We are typically only available for event rentals certain Wednesdays starting at 6pm and on a few weekends a year. Our kitchen is full of growing businesses so we apologize in advance if we cannot accommodate your event.
Hourly kitchen rental priority is given to businesses in our incubator program. Afternoons, evenings and weekends are usually more available for our commercial renters.
