On the evening, we will celebrate the talented entrepreneurs of La Cocina and pay a special tribute to our fellow kitchen incubators operating across cities nationwide, for creating spaces of opportunity and inclusivity in their local communities for food entrepreneurs. 

2019 is an exciting year for La Cocina, it is ever more vital that we continue not simply to create and execute on opportunity for low-income, immigrant and women entrepreneurs but also that we herald those successes. This year, these successes will be amplified through the voices of La Cocina’s talented chef entrepreneurs in our upcoming cookbook, to be launched June of 2019. Join us in celebrating this launch.
